Warranty:
We offer 12 months of warranty for our shredder machine, copper wire granulator machine and lithim battery seperating and recycling line.
For parts that comply with our after-sales policy, we provide the parts free of charge and bear the shipping costs.
For replacement of spare parts due to normal use and wear, we provide them at cost and the customer has to bear the transportation cost.
If there is a problem with the motor, reducer and other core parts during the warranty period, we will provide brand new parts for replacement, and the shipping cost will be borne by us.
